Semi hard, feta style goat cheese made using milk from Ellie’s own goat herd.
Unlike the pungent goat cheeses you’ve tasted in the past, this one has a clean fresh taste when eaten young. The cheese is vacuum packed to retain its freshness – but some customers buy it to store while it matures to their taste. Awarded Bronze medal at the 2010 British Cheese Awards.
Ellie’s Dairy is a Kent diary using responsible and ethical farming methods. Its pedigree herd of goats have free range access to grazing and all of their feed is GM and chemical-free.
